William S. Armentrout-W.W.I-died 24 September 1964. WILLIAM S. ARMENTROUT, 70, of 12 Williams Court (Shelby) died at the Shelby Memorial Hospital at 2:14 this morning after an extended illness. Born in Crestline March 3, 1894, he had been a Shelby resident 62 years and had been in the jewelry business of Armentrout Brothers 42 years. He was a member of the First Methodist Church, the VFW, O'Brien Post 326 American Legion, K of P, Moose, Elks, and Eagles Lodges. Survivors include his wife Mabel; a daughter Mrs. David Calvert of Elyria; three grandchildren including Mrs. David Workman of Shelby; one great grandchild; his brother Ortho D. of Shelby.
