James Boyer Durrant, age 75, passed away on March 13, 1990 in Salt Lake City.


Born May 20, 1914 in American Fork, Utah, the thirteenth child of William Albert and Eliza Conder Durrant.


Married Lois Thomas on April 21, 1936. Member LDS Church. Retired from Kennecott Copper Corporation after 40 years of service.


Survived by his wife, Lois; three sons and two daughters, J. Lloyd Eldredge, Orem; Gene T. Durrant, Sandy; Mrs. Ken (Sharon Darlene) Adams, Ephrata, Washington; James Kelly Durrant, Salt Lake City; Shellie D. Lunn, Wenatchee, Washington; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Green, Midvale; Hazel Faye, Fallon, Nevada.


Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates Mortuary, 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South), where friends may call one hour prior to the services.
Burial: Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery.
