He was born Oct. 3, 1899, in Belgrade, Mont. and came to Klamath County in 1924. He was engagned in farming in the Henley, Dairy and Lorella areas until he retired in 1965.
In 1942, he married Merle Walker. She died in 1970.
Mr. Haley was a World War II veteran, having served with the Army.
He is survived by daughters, Bonnie Parker, this city; Lillian Sewald, Merced, Calif.; Lucille Swndler, Sutherlin; Eileen Eberhardt, Boise, Idaho; sons, Wilbur Walker this city, and Virgil Walker, Merlin; brothers O.N. Haley, this city; and Cecil Haley, Bonanza; sister, Eileen Brower, Cottonwood, Calif.; also 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
