GRANGEVILLE, Idaho - Funeral services will be in California for Zelmer Seay, 78, who died Sunday at a nursing home here.
Born here April 7, 1896, he had lived at Spokane and California prior to living his last six years at White Bird. Survivors are a daughter; a brother, Calvin C., Libby, Mont.; a sister, Carol Rodgers, Spokane; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
