Al Boroff, an employe at the Carey stone quarry in Union township, Van Wert county, met with a shocking death, Thursday. He was engaged in blasting stumps, and a premature explosion of dynamite tore his body almost to pieces, his head being blown off his shoulders. Deceased was 23 years old and married but had no children.
