After practicing medicine for nearly half a century at Edom, Dr. Zirkle moved several years ago to Covington, going from there a year or two later to his present home in Stuart's Draft.
Mrs. Zirkle was a kindly Christian woman, who found her dearest joys within her own home circle, ministering and caring for her children and grandchildren. Years ago, she became a member of the Lutheran church. She was loved and esteemed by all who knew her and during her long life was blessed with many warm friends, to whom her passing away will be a source for genuine sorrow.
The funeral was held from the home at Stuart's Draft on Saturday at 2 p. m. in the afternoon.
