Michaelson Funeral Set
Services for Edward Michaelson, 68, of 3705 S. W. Fourteenth st. , who died of pneumonia Saturday at Veterans Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Conley Capital Hill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
Mr. Michaelson, a lifelong resident of Des Moines, was a warehouseman 30 years at the Schultz & Burch Biscuit Co., and then worked five years at the Wakonda Club before retiring three years ago.
He was a Navy Veteran of WWI and a member of Fort Des Moines Post of the Foreign Legion.
Surviving are his widow, Lorena; three daughters, Susan and Sally Michaelson of Des Moines and Mrs. Nancy Pechamn of Washington, D. C. ; three brothers, Arthur of Des Moines, Roger of Tuscon, Ariz. and Lois of Seatle, Wash. and a grandchild.
