Annabel (Shearer) Bouch Lash, 92, of Worthington died Friday, July 18, 2003 in Sugarcreek Rest, Worthington RD2. She was born June 2, 1911 in South Buffalo Township to Albert H. Sr. and Bessie Alice (Ruffaner) Shearer. Mrs. Lash was a homemaker. A member of the Worthington Baptist Church, she was a Sunday school teacher and Bible school teacher and a member of the church choir. She was an active member of the Worthington Senior Center. Survivors include her husband, Reynolds M. "John" Lash; two sons, Ralph Bouch of Kittanning RD3 and Larry Bouch of Adrian RD1; one daughter, Bonnie Ann Martin of Apollo; six stepchildren; 15 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, John Shearer of Sebastian, Fla., Richard Shearer of Washington and Robert Shearer of Kittanning; and two sisters, Melda Bricker of Cabot and Eyvette Fair of Worthington. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Wilbert A. Bouch; four brothers, Kenneth, Albert Jr., Vernon and Alton Shearer; and two sisters, Ethel Nichol and Doris Cowan Lash. LASH - Friends of Annabel (Shearer) Bouch Lash, 92, of Worthington, who died July 18, 2003, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Bear Street, Worthington. Additional visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Worthington Baptist Church until funeral services at 11 a.m. with her pastor, the Rev. Joseph T. Simpson, officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Burial Estates, East Franklin Township. Arrangements by Snyder.
