Delpha Edith Usher, 74, died Friday, December 11, 1998. Born in Portland, Oregon she lived in the Tacoma area 50 years, was a homemaker and member of D.A.R., Manning Association and Huguenot Historical Society. Survivors include sons, Rodney and Donald Usher; daughter, Kathryn Paul; 11 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Monday, Dec. 14, 1998 at 3:00 p.m. in Evergreen Chapel at New Tacoma Cemetery. Interment at New Tacoma Cemetery. Family suggests Memorials to Ophthalmology or Diabetes Association at Virginia Mason Hospital. Arrangements by Tacoma Cemeteries and Funeral Home. 564-1311.
