On January 13, 1901, Mrs. Catherine Durm, beloved wife of Jacob, daughter of the late Lawrence Bopp. Loving Mother of Mary, Elizabeth, Lawrence, John and George Durm and Mrs. Louisa Cunningham. Funeral from her home, 1500 William Street, then to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, where a solemn high mass was celebrated by Rev. Thomas J. Kenny, the assistant pastor. The deacon was Rev. John J. Whelan, pastor of the church and subdeacon was Rev. J.D. Marr, pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Anne Arundel County.
