HELEN INEZ TIMBS MAPLES, 78, of Millington, homemaker and retired from Mueller Brass Company, died Friday, June 2, 2006 at Millington Healthcare. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Sunday and services at 10 a.m. Monday, June 5 at Munford Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. She was a graduate of Munford High School and a member of Camp Ground United Methodist Church and the Order of the Easter Star Munford Chapter. Mrs. Maples, the widow of Erskine Maples, leaves three sons, Erskine "Butch" Maples of Atoka, Ronnie Maples of Cordova and Danny Maples of Millington; three sisters, Donnie Hutchinson of Atoka, Doris Yarbrough of Memphis and Sadie Bomar of Millington, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
