Jacob Arron Wehler, for the past seventeen years, a resident of Littlestown and lifelong resident of Adams County, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles Stambaugh, North Queen Street, Littlestown, Friday evening about 7 o'clock. He sustained a paralytic stroke during the afternoon and death followed several hours later. He was aged 75 years 10 months and 27 days.
He was the son of the late Daniel and Mary Schwartz Wehler, of near Littlestown, and lived in that vicinity until 17 years ago when he moved with his daughter.
Mr. Wehler is survived by three sons, Charles and Maurice Wehler of Littlestown andElmer of Gettysburg and one daughter, Mrs. Charles Stambaugh. Seven grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services Tuesday morning at 10:30 o'clock at his late home conducted by the Rev. H.C. Bergstresser. Interment in Christ Church, near Littlestown.
