She married Thomas J. Banks on December 9, 1916 in Seattle. He was a veteran of the Moro Insurrection (Spanish American War). The couple entered the Washington Veterans' Home in November 1933.
She died at the age of 76 years on December 6, 1948 at Retsil, Washington. She was buried in the Home Cemetery.
