Elsie Rich Goodmon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. W. (Thomas William and Mary Blanche Rich) Goodmon, was born near Cedar Vale, KS, on April 9, 1916. After a short stay in this world of 2 years, 2 months and 6 days, her little spirit was called home to the God who gave it on June 15, 1918, after a short illness of 8 days, during which she was so patient, gentle and kind.
During her short stay here, the sweet little child filled her place in the home in all of its fullness, being a real flower in all that it takes to make a life beautiful.
Funeral services were held at the Baptist church, June 16th, Rev Chambers, officiating, after which her little form was laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery, Parsons, KS.
