James A. Tingle--Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Holloway Funeral Home, for James A. Tingle of Oak Hill Ave., who died Tuesday morning at McCready Memorial Hospital, Crisfield, of a gun wound. State Police said the wound was self-inflicted. The Rev. J. VonHagel, pastor of Grace Methodist Church will officate. Internment will be in Princess Anne. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight after 7:30.
Mr. Tingle, 46, was an unemployed truck driver. Survivors include his Mother Mrs. Mary LeCate Tingle of Milford; his wife, Mrs. Doris Laird Tingle of Crisfield; three daughters, Misses Linda Lee and Patricia Ann Tingle, both of Crisfield, and Mrs. Betty Jean Beauchanna of Lincoln, Del.; sons, James A. Tingle of Crisfield, and William Tingle, Milford; a step son Vernon Marshall of Salisbury; six grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Doris Lightcap of Milford, Mrs. Marie Fyle of Hartley, Del., Mrs. Anna Elliott of Lewes, Mrs. Hulda Elliott of Marion Station; three brothers, Walter and Lester Tingle, both of Milford, and Charles Tingle of Florida. Mr. Tingle was twice married.
