Tammy M. Keith, 45, of Blain City, Coalport, died Wednesday, November 10, 2004, at Clearfield Hospital. Born Sept. 16, 1959, in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Helen Parks Keith and the late Cecil Keith. She was affiliated with Roseland Christian Fellowship. Ms. Keith is survived by her mother, Helen, of Blain City; and three brothers, Herman Keith Sr. and his wife, Beverly, of Irvona RD, Lewis Keith of Utahville and Daniel Keith of Blain City. In addition, she is survived by a nephew, Herman Keith Jr. and his wife, Lisai, of Irvona RD; two great-nieces, Kayleigh Keith and Alexis Keith, both of Irvona RD; a great- nephew, Justin Keith of Irvona RD; and aunt, Margaret Parks of Ashland; and a great-aunt, Martha Winters of Ashland. Ms. Keith was preceded in death by her father. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home, Inc., Irvona, with Pastor Sandy Hommer officiating. Interment will be at Beaver Valley Cemet
