Mrs. Rose A. Beaver

Mrs. Rose A. Beaver, 83, widow of the late John F. Beaver, died at Warm Springs, Mont., January 15, 1940. Her illness began several years ago when she suffered a slight stroke.
Mrs. Beaver was the daughter of George and Hannah King, and was born in Preston, Minnesota, October 23, 1856. She was married to John F. Beaver, July 3, 1882, and to them were born one son, Fredrick W., and one daughter, Ruthe M. In 1934 Mrs. Beaver went to Montana to make her home with her daughter.
Funeral services were held in Warm Springs, Montana, with the Rev. George VanBoedern of the Presbyterian Church of Anaconda, Montana, officiating.
Surviving are one son, Frederick W. Beaver, Hornell, N. Y.; one daughter, Mrs. Ruthe M. Edwards, Great Falls, Montana; one sister, Mrs. L. M. Charles, Utica; one brother, William King, Olean, N. Y.; six grandchildren, Hazel, John and Mark Beaver of Hornell, N. Y., and Paul L. Searles, Marion Rose Edwards, and Viola Ruthe Edwards, Montana and two great grandchildren of Hornell, N. Y.
