died Sunday morning
at his home after a short illness.
He was a retired Methodist
minister after 41 years
service, a native of Putnam
County, a member of Beverly
Masonic Lodge and a 14th degree
Scottish Rite Mason.
Surviving are his widow, Darlene;
two sons, Oshel H. of
Parkersburg and Arlie H. of
Columbus, Ohio; four stepsons,
Frank Barnett of St. Albans
and Keith, Joe and John
Barnett, all of Titusville, Fla.;
two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Hunter
of Dunbar and Odie Krombach
of Columbus, Ohio; two
brothers. Ken of Bidwel!, Ohio,
and the Rev. Claphus of Hometown;
17 grandchildren and
six great-grandchildren. Service
will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday
at Hometown M e t h o d i s t
Church with Dr. L. H. Burns
officiating. Burial will be in
Moss Chapel Cemetery on Jim
Ridge, Jackson County. The
body is at Raynes Funeral
Home at Buffalo and will be
taken to the church an hour
befor
