Alvin Barnes Dugar Sr., 75, of Rockford, Ill., collapsed Saturday, June 27, 1959, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George La France, at 3335 Linden Oaks Dr. here about 12:20 p.m. and was pronounced dead on arrival at O'Connor Hospital a short time later.
Deputy Coroner, Hubert Williams said Dugar had complained of chest pains before the fatal attack. An resusciator (sic) crew from San Jose Fird Dept. was unable to revive him.
An autopsy was ordered to determine eaxact cause of death. Arrangements for last rites are pending at Lima-Salmon-Erickson Memorial Chapel.
Alvin was the son of George A. Dugar and Mary Ella M. (Ristvedt) Dugar. He married Estella M. Anderson.
