Probably the adopted son of Clarence & Catherine Morris. In the 1900 census, there's a George W. Russell born Dec 1892 living with them (relationship is "boarder"); in the 1920 census there's a George Morris, born abt 1893 that is living with William Morris (another son of Clarence & Catherine) and listed as William's "brother".
