1930 in Colorado City. He was a retired farmer and had lived here since 1911.
Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Mrs. James Gillilan of Sweetwater, Mrs. Clifton Carnes of San Angelo and Mrs. Charlie Vann of Franklin, Va.; eight sons, Veril
of Austin, Leon and Michael, both of Fort Worth, William of Brackettville, Clay of Angelton, Randy of Big Spring and James Howard and Tony, both of the home, two sisters, Mrs. Girlie Lowe and Mrs. Ida Mae Jones, both of Colorado City; three brothers, John of Colorado City, Kelso of San Marcos and W. J. of Live Oak, Calif., 24 grandchildren and four great grandchildren
