Quinby Reno Bingham, 57, widely-known Tacoma attorney who died Sunday. Born in Sedro Woolley, he had lived in Tacoma since 1949. He had graduated from the University of Washington Law School and was admitted to the bar in 1949. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II. Mr. Bingham was a past president of the Pierce County Bar Association and a recent member of the Washington Bar Association Board of Governors. He was a member of the Tacoma Club, the Oakbrook Country Club, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, the board of directors of the Washington State Historical Society and St. Mary's Episcopal Church. He was the grandson of Superior Court Judge George Joiner and pioneer banker C. E. Bingham of Sedro Woolley. Mr. Bingham specialized in administrative law and was a member of the law firm of Mann, King, Bingham, Scraggin, Manger & Pemberton.
