PUTNAM -- Andrew Joseph Borkowski, 56, of Lake Thunderbird died at 7:55 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 1998, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Born Oct. 17, 1942, in Chicago to Andrew and Mary Ambrozewicz Borkowski, he married Carol L. Ratajczak on Jan. 11, 1964, in Chicago. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Andrew of Ottawa and Daniel of Putnam; and one granddaughter.
A member of Fraternal Order of Police, Chicago Chapter, he worked for the Chicago Police Department
