A sister, Jeannette E. Nickel, and two brothers, Phares M. Weibley, Jr. and Leon C. Weibley, preceded her in death. Nieces and nephews survive Dorothy.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Life Celebration Memorial Service at the funeral home of Fred F. Groff Inc., 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Msgr. Thomas H. Smith officiating. Interment will be held at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Groff's on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. If desired, memorial contributions may be sent in Dorothy's memory to Special Olympics of Lancaster, P.O.Box 7442, Lancaster, PA 17604-7442.
