Ernest Willoughby Ballew, 91, of 400 Agnew Road, died Oct. 6, 1995, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center following a period of declining health.
He retired from Woodside Mills and was a Baptist.
Surviving are his wife, Annie Laura Crowder Ballew; three daughters, Debra Stanley of Rose Hill, N.C., Denise Floyd of Liberty and Linda Roberts of Greenville; five sons, Randall Ballew of Easley and Ernest W. Ballew Jr., Calvin Ballew, DeeRay Ballew and Stephen McJunkin, all of Greenville; a sister, Ruth Bailey of Travelers Rest; 22 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Monday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, with burial in Graceland Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Stephen McJunkin, 203 W. Marion Road, Greenville.
