Mrs. Pitman died Nov. 4 of cancer in her Molalla home. She was 77.
She was born Oct. 29, 1918, in Molalla. Her maiden name was Wyland.
A homemaker, she was a member of the New Hope Community Church in Clackamas.
Survivors include her sons, Dennis of Kirkland, Wash., and Mike of Molalla; daughter, Lynne Parvis of Oregon City; brothers, Donald Wyland of Colton and Verl Wyland of Molalla; and eight grandchildren.
The family suggests contributions to the Willamette Falls Hospice, 1678 Beavercreek Road, Suite K, Oregon City 97045.
