Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother Peggy Margaret Elizabeth Chase, age 73, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2009 of a long illness at her home in West Bountiful, Utah.

She was born June 25, 1935 in Salt lake City, Utah. The daughter of Robert Adam and Charlotte Anita Rueckert.

Married Frank Ogden Chase on September 18, 1959. She was employed by Bountiful State Bank and Later worked for Zion's First National Bank for many years. She spent her life being devoted to her family and friends. Her many talents included sewing, cooking and other crafts.

Peggy is survived by her husband Frank, her children, Shanda Chase, Kelly Chase, Darren (Shannon) Chase, Christopher Chase; eleven grandchildren; her sister Barbara Rueckert; sisters-in-law, Norma Rueckert and Linda Hunt; brother-in-law Chester Longley; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, her sister Pauline, and her brother Sheldon Rueckert.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Estates Cemetery, 1640 East Lakeview Drive, Bountiful. Friends and family may call on Monday evening, March 30, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. and on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 from 1-2 p.m. prior to the services at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful.
