The daughter of John & Elizabeth (Wilmott) Mix, she married Ebenezer Alling on January 5, 1714/15.
She was a member of full communion in the First Church (Center Church) of New Haven. During the New Light Controversy in the church in 1742, she was the only woman who signed one of the first papers, but died before the White Haven Church was organized.
