Graveside services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday in White Rose Cemetery in Bartlesville. Burial will be by Neekamp Funeral Directors there. Local arrangements were by Minton Mortuary.
Mrs. Bayless died at 6:30 a.m. Monday in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.
She was born Aug. 5, 1899 in Pratt, Kan. and had been a resident of Borger since 1948.
She was a retired LVN and was employed for many years at North Plains Hospital.
Survivors include a son John W. of Dumas; three daughters Mrs. C.A. Mason of Borger, Mrs. Daisy Meredith of Wichita Kan. and Mrs. Marvin Hornbaker of Eagle, Colo.; 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
