Born May 23, 1914, in Oakland, she was a daughter of the late Edward G. and Magnolia (Ball) Kight. She was preceded in death by one son, Dr. Louis Rishel; three sisters, Ethel Bigler, Lona Kight, and Myrtle Gortner; and five brothers, Everett Kight, Charles Kight, Virgil Kight, Ray Kight, and Cecil Kight.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Red House, and was a nurse at West Virginia University Medical Center, Morgantown, W.Va.
She is survived by one sister, Violet Stahl, Baltimore.
Friends will be received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, from 7 to 9 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 14. A service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.
Interment will be in Red House Cemetery.
