She is survived by four daughters, Freda Wallace of Reidland, Kathy Dickerson of Benton, Shirley Wallace of Symsonia and Jackie Campbell of Paducah; four brothers, Jerry Don Cornwell, Billy Cornwell and Alton Cornwell, all of Paducah, and William Cornwell of Michigan; three sisters, Imogene Charlton of Lone Oak, and Mildred James and Claudine Smith, both of Metropolis, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Crouch was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie R. Campbell; and five brothers. Her parents were Jack and Jenettia Gray Cornwell.
There will be no visitation. Funeral Director Services of Symsonia is in charge of arrangements.
