Charles Lester Steppler, 84, a farmer and parking lot owner, died December 20, 1994, in Colorado Springs.
The funeral will be held at 10 am Saturday at Swan-Law Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 South Hancock Avenue.
Mr. Steppler was born March 26, 1910, in Black Forest to Christain Lewis and Martha Jane (Brown) Steppler.
He was married September 5, 1939, in Greely to Alice Elizabeth Dean, who survives.
Mr. Steppler also is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Jane Geiser of Colorado Springs and Janice Kay of Littleton; two sons, Clinton Lewis "Buzz" and Charles Dean, both of Colorado Springs; a brother, William Albert of Black Forest; a sister, Addie Marie Conger of Colorado Springs; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
