Thomas Langworthy also served as a Sergeant in Company G of the ( 2nd or Reorganized ) 4th Michigan Infantry, and, in fact, his wife filed her pension application referring to his service with that regiment. "Two different sources confirm that Thomas Langworthy served in the Tenth Michigan Infantry and then served in the Fourth Michigan Infantry afterwards."
