John C. Kissinger
John Calvin Kissinger, 81, died at his home in Fairchance, Wednesday afternoon, March 16, 1932, at 1:25 o'clock, following a lingering illness. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Martha Jane Kissinger; five children Edward and Calvin, Jr., at home; Mrs. Louise Tewell, Mrs. Katherine Hostetler and Mrs. Sofia Cole, all of Fairchance; 28 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren
Mr. Kissinger was a Frick pensioner and for more than 40 years a member of the Methodist Protestant Church.
Brief services will be conducted in the home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock followed by additional services at 2:30 o'clock in the Fairchance Presbyterial church with Rev. Charles King officiating. Burial in Maple Grove cemetery.
Members of the family request friends to please omit flowers
