My Poppaw, Tom Bradley was born Saturday, June 27, 1896 in Etowah County, Alabama to John Allen Bradley and Mary Beatrice Underwood Bradley.

He was the brother of Audry R. Mosley, Franklin Leslie Bradley, Bertha Vivian Dickson, Lillie Agnes Owens, Becky Mae Bradley, Carra Estelle Brothers, Velma Ila Windsor, Fred D. Wallace, China Deloria Smith Reeves and Oliver Earl Wallace.

HARTSELLE - Funeral services for Thomas Appleton Bradley, 1607 Celestial Dr., who died at his home Tuesday, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Guntharp Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Dennis Tucker officiating, with Guntharp directing.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Sindie H. Bradley, Hartselle; two daughters, Callie Hill and Mrs. Edith Shelton, both of Decatur 4; three sons, Carl Bradley, Danville; Charles Bradley and Roan Bradley, both of Hartselle; a step son, Berlin Jones, Danville; three sisters; a brother; 25 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

The body will remain at the residence until taken to the funeral home chapel to lie in state two hours before the service.
