Mrs. Mary Alice Stilwell, 86, of Raven, Va., died in Clinch Valley Clinic, Richlands, Va., Thursday evening.
Survivors include one son, Ellis Davis Stilwell of Raven; four daughters, Mrs. John Henry Sisk and Mrs. Vess Stilwell of Raven, Mrs. Vince Wilson of Holston, Va., and Mrs. Henry Proffitt of Red Ash, Va.; sister, Mrs. Celia Davis of Short's Gap; half-sister, Mrs. Sarah Deskins of Honaker, Va.; half-brother, Joe Shortt of Raven; forty grandchildren, one hundred great-grandchildren and twenty great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held Sunday at noon in the Davis Cemetery at Short's Gap. The body will be removed to the residence of the daughter, Mrs. Sisk of Raven, from the Virginia Funeral Home, Grundy, Va.
