Kenneth Casey Lester was a kind and gentle young man. He was born to Thomas Lester and Marguerite Clark in Louisiana. He was a twin to Catherine Lester. He was in the army Corps of Engineers with the Southwest Pacific Theatre: Philippine Islands. He died as a prisoner of war of Japan, at Hoten POW Camp (Mukden) Manchuria from Beri-Beri during WWII after he survived the March to Bataan, and was buried in the Veterans Cemetary in San Francisco
