Olive C. Imes was the daughter of Mary Ellen Davis Imes and Moses Jackson Imes. Olive was born March 21, 1856 in Winterset, Iowa. Olive was number eight of thirteen children. The family moved from Iowa to Colorado and lived in Fountain,Colorado for several years. Olive married Arthur Bascum Love in Fountain, CO on January 11, 1874. Olive and Arthur had three children. Laura, b. 27 SEP 1875, died MAR 1957; Roy A., b. 14 JUN 1880, died 21 APR 1948; and Myrtle M., b. 22 MAR 1882, died May 21, 1943. Laura never married, Roy married Lottie, and Myrtle married Charles Gurney. Olive was a homemaker. Olive passed away on August 9, 1934 in Colorado Springs, CO.
