William L. Henry, eighty-two, 723 First St., died at his home at 2:45 p.m. Friday after an illness of four months. Born in Gordonville, he was a son of the late William L. and Martha Tout Henry and was a retired painter in which capacity he worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for 30 years. Surviving is his widow, Sara Sentman Henry and these children: Earl L., Indianapolis, Ind.; William E., and Ralph W., Lancaster; Helen, at home; Violet, wife of Albert Brooks, Lancaster, and Fern, wife of Reg Kehoe, Lancaster. A brother, John, Lancaster, and a sister, Cora Henry, of Gordonville, also survive. Among the survivors are 11 grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
