John K. McCauley, seventy-two, of Quarryville, RD, died last evening of a complication of diseases. He was a son of the late William and Susan Kuhns McCauley. He was a painter by trade and a member of the Bethel Methodist church. His wife, Laura B. Heeps McCauley survives and following children: Elsie, wife of Walter Kauffman; Edna S., wife of Paul Snavely, Oscar, all of Lancaster; one grandson, Oscar Jr. one brother, Hayes, of Fairmount and two sisters, Mrs. Eva Myers, of Fairmount, and Mrs. William Blecher, of Lancaster.
