He leaves one son, Elmer of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; two daughters Mrs. J.W. Killion of Marshfield, MO and Mrs. Luther Mullins of Cabool, MO; one brother T.C. Butts of Huggins, MO; seven grandchildren five great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and friends. One daughter, Myrtle Norris, passed away March 1925.
He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and lived true to his Lord until death. Funeral services were conducted November 30 in Marshfield by Rev. Henry Johnson with a grave side service at Cabool, MO under direction of Barber-Barto Funeral home of Marshfield, MO.
