Mrs. Margaret Causady Oxford, aged 77 years, 10 months, 14 days, died at her home north of Pryor Friday night, September 8, 1933.
She came to Oklahoma from Cassville, Missouri with her family March 1909 and settled at Dawes Switch and has lived in surrounding country until her death.
Mrs. Margaret Downs was married to William W Oxford in 1875 at Batesville, Ark. She leaves to mourn her death her husband, six sons and three daughters, who were all at her bedside at the time of her death.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev, E.W. Hatchett, pastor of Pryor Baptist Church at 2:30 o'clock Sunday and interment was in Adair Cemetery.
