HIGHTOWER, Mrs. Permelia, was born in Patrick Co, Va., Dec 16, 1813; married to Joshua Hightower, Oct 14, 1836; moved to Mo. in 1839 and died in Vernon Co, Mo., Aug 28, 1882. Leaves husband and children. By "a friend". (published 9/13/1882)
