I have on July1, 2022 taken over to maintain this memorial. The first thing I did was erased the name Joshua as the middle name. To my knowledge he was named after his father and was a junior, I did find one of his children, Albert Waters delayed birth certificate shows his name was Nathan Joshua and Albert's, Rebecca had signed it, so what do I know? But I believe in the past I have seen that we are to use the name as it is on the headstone. So that is what I have done.
I am a Langston by marriage and a researcher. Family members have priority to this memorial.
