Elma B. Nelson, age 46, of Pemberton died Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
Born in Mount Holly, she was a Pemberton resident for many years and formerly of North Hanover Township. She had been employed as a crossing guard in Mt. Holly.
Elma was pre-deceased by Storia J. Brown, Jr., the father of her daughter Roseanna.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Olga Nelson and Roseanna Nelson both of Browns Mills; a son, Michael Nelson of Eastampton; her mother, Sally Nutt of Burlington Twp; her father, Robert Nutt of Browns Mills; two brothers, Robert Nutt of Pemberton and Timothy Nutt of Wrightstown; her daughter Olga's father, Alberto Ruiz of Pemberton; her son Michael's father, Danny Nelson and three grandchildren, Rihanna Nelson, Larry Anderson and Christopher Anthony Palmer.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 11 at 2:00 PM at the TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with Rev. Jere Doer-Hopkins, officiating. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
