Margaret is the daughter of Benjamin and Abigail (Page) Huntoon. Her father was a soldier on the Louisbourge campaign in the French Indian wars, and served under Stark at Bennington. In 1776 General Folsom was ordered to deliver to Benjamin, eleven pounds of powder for New Britton. This, as you may or may not know is now the town of Andover.
