Mrs Fred Poore, 83 died Monday in Waukegan, Ill following a lingering illness.
Born Laura Lusher at Logansport on Aug 26 1877, she was the daughter of Manuel & Sarah (Byrkett) Lusher. Her marriage was th Fred Poore, he survives. She attended the West Broadway Presbyterian Church.
Surviving besides her husband, are four brothers; Dan Lusher of Long Beach California, Roy of Sandusky Ohio, Al of Marion Indiana and Joe of Elwood. One sister Mrs. Elsie Bell of Logansport, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. One son and one daughter proceded her in death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Fisher Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Belcher officiating. Burial will be at Mt Hope Cemetery.
