For 35 years, she taught school in Troy, Burnham, Thorndike, Detroit and Unity. For two years she worked in the state hospital at Middletown, Conn. Mrs. Cunningham was a member of the Seven Star Grange of Troy.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Graffam of Bridgton; two sons, Lyle of Middletown, Conn., and Kenneth Cunningham of Orange, Conn.; and a brother, Carl Connor of Portland.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Shorey Funeral Chapel in Pittsfield with the Rev. Donald M. Hinkley of Pittsfield officiating. Burial will be in the family lot in Rogers Cemetery, Troy.
