"Mrs. Lula G. Post, 76, of 339 North Eighteenth street, Kansas City, Kansas, died yesterday at Providence hospital. She was born in Frontenac, Kas., and had lived in Kansas City, Kansas for 60 years. Mrs. Post was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist and the Wyandotte County Beekeepers Association. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Bettilou Morton of Mission, Kansas, and Mrs. Eleanor Fry of Houston; and four grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Saturday at the Porter chapel; burial in the Grinter chapel cemetery." The Kansas City Times, January 15, 1971
