Clarence William Skinner passed away on January 13, 2010, at the age of 91. He was born on May 4, 1918, in Cushing, Oklahoma, to William and Myrtle Skinner. He proudly served at in the U.S. Army Medical Corps as a Tech/Sgt from 1942 until 1945.

C.W. earned his B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1949. He was director of Data Processing at the University of Oklahoma from 1949 until 1968. In 1968 he took the position of systems analyst at the University of Missouri until his retirement in 1983. C.W. was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity.

C.W. is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Richard and his son, Budd Skinner, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Pauline; his granddaughter, Kristin Paige Skinner; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Skinner; and sister, Wanda Rose.

Services will be Monday, January 18, 2010, at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Norman. Interment will be held at Norman I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
